Standard Operating Instructions

Material Loading & Adjust-A-Bowl Setup

  • Accessing the Oven: Pull the structural Captive Cap straight off the stainless steel tip assembly.

  • Chamber Adjustments: The device features an integrated “Adjust-a-bowl” configuration. To reduce the chamber size by 50%, push the interior condenser tube into the base of the tip to click the mesh screen (CCD) forward into its secondary localized notch.

  • Loading Herbs: Place dry flower loosely into the tip chamber. Replace the Captive Cap securely back onto the tip prior to applying heat.

Thermal Activation (The Heating Cycle)

  • Flame Positioning: Hold the device at a 45-degree angle. Apply the blue flame of a butane torch lighter directly to the side of the metal cap while continuously rotating the device between your fingers to prevent hot spots or combustion.

  • Thermal Control: * Heating near the tip/end of the cap results in lower operational temperatures.

    • Heating near the base/crimp of the cap results in higher operational temperatures.

  • The Activation Alert: Stop applying heat immediately upon hearing the mechanical “CLICK” sound. Inhalation can now proceed through the mouthpiece.

The Cooling Cycle & Reheating

  • The Deactivation Alert: The device remains at functional temperature for roughly 20 to 30 seconds. Do not reapply flame to the device until you hear the secondary cool-down “CLICK”.

  • Safety Warning: Reheating the device before the cool-down click occurs will cause internal combustion of the material and potential structural damage to the bi-metallic discs inside the cap.

Maintenance & Cleaning

  • De-Capping: Once the cool-down click has sounded, remove the cap. The external protrusion tang on the cap capably serves as an integrated tool to scrape out spent material from the chamber.

  • Washing Protocol: Disassemble the components entirely (Tip, Condenser, Stem, and Cap). Clean the stainless steel and internal pathways by soaking in Isopropyl Alcohol (90% or higher). Rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow all components to dry completely before reassembly.
