Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  1. We need to be notified within 48 hours after arrival for broken or defective products via our returns page here(link). Please do not return the items right away. Please take a photo of any issues or damage and contact customer service as soon as possible and we would be happy to assist you.
  2. We accept returns of unused item(s) up to 30 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return.
  3. For return requests due to wrong size and/or gender ordered please head on to our returns page(link) to submit a return request.
  4. For return requests due to wrong item(s), size, and or gender sent, send a photo of the unused item or the unopened box to contact@chillkiwi.co.nz. As soon as we get the photo, we’ll email a free return label right away and send the correct item(s) as well.
  5. The customer bares any cost for shipping a returned item.
  6. All International Purchases are final.

*If a returned item is deemed used upon inspection, it is immediately destroyed. The used item cannot be replaced, a refund cannot be issued, and we will take action to prevent any future orders from that customer account.

 

Faulty Returns

If you wish to return an item because of warranty fault please follow these 4 easy steps:

  1. Please email customer support and list the item and the fault with the item* on to our returns page(link) to submit a return request.
  2. Post the item back to us at the address below.
  3. Return the item using any shipping provider of your choice.

 

We will then inspect the item, and get back to you within 5 working days of receiving the item. If the item is not deemed faulty by our suppliers then the item will be returned to you at your expense. If you are unsure, it may be advisable to email a photo to customer support before returning the item.
