Here at Chill Kiwi, we understand our customer’s concerns about privacy and discretion. Everything we ship will be in plain courier bags or plain cardboard boxes, with nothing to indicate what the contents are. Our shipping labels bare the name of our parent company, 379 Media Limited, which doesn’t have any search affiliation with Chill Kiwi, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.

We ship products with NZ Couriers/NZ Post via eShip for maximum speed, accuracy and efficiency. It typically takes our shipping staff one business day from the time you place your order to when your order is completely packaged up and ready to go out. 

Please note that your shipping speed and processing time are two completely separate things. Shipping speed is how quickly the postal carrier delivers your package.

Processing time is the amount of time that it takes our shipping and warehousing staff to process all the orders from the day, quality check all of the items, package them up carefully and safely, and get your box in the hands of the courtier.

“379 Media Limited” will appear on your credit card statement. We chose this structure in order to ensure privacy for our customers.

We are happy to accept direct bank transfers and Bitcoin payments.

We are not able to accept credit/debit card payment as banks don’t like the cannabis stuff.

We are currently online only in order to pass the savings to our customers. We can arrange to meet up for exchange in Christchurch under special circumstances.

Yes you will receive a tracking email when the order is dispatched where you can view the progress right up to your door.
